First workshop organized by the TV-RING project “An outlook on future HbbTV-Services”

The TV-RING project organizes the 7th of May its first workshop as part of the Media Web Symposium , in collaboration with Fraunhofer FOKUS. This workshop is oriented to all stakeholders of the Broadcasting and Media industry.

i2CAT, jointly with other project partners, invites you to participate the 7th of May in Berlin in the workshop “An outlook to future HbbTV-services” (see agenda). This activity offers all participants the opportunity to learn first-hand about the initial results obtained with users in the TV-RING project, as well as actively contribute in defining the future of HbbTV services. This is the first of several workshops and seminars that will be organized throughout the project in order to present the progress made and share knowledge among all members of the Connected TV industry.

It is important to highlight the collaboration established with Fraunhofer FOKUS, one of the leading research centers in Germany, which have included this activity in the Media Web Symposium 2014 (8th and 9th of May). This symposium will programme tutorials, workshops, lectures and a great social event, to discover the latest trends and perspectives in Connected TV, web technologies, streaming media solutions and multi-screen.
