It seems that the road is being paved, despite some concerns from different sectors regarding monopoly questions that could arise from this initial agreements. Besides this business related issues, it is also important to highlight that 90% of the Internet traffic in 2017 (according to predictions from CISCO) will be video distribution and that the optimization of the whole distribution process will be an anchor point to keep the current evolution of the Internet.
